The Ultimate Zapper Ken Presner.He advertises a 100% satisfaction gaurantee with a 3 month trial.I received his zapper and was not satisfied with it.So I contacted Ken Presner for a R.M.A ( return merchandise authorization ) number as stated in his return policy.I have not heard from him.Paypal advised me to contact my credit card company and file a complaint.
