Okay, thank you Valerie. Really, it doesn't seem possible that a gallon could be put into a person's body in such a short amount of time. But as I say that, I consider how high up the tank was (probably about four feet) and the width of the tube and it might be possible that she got a gallon.
When you give a person a gallon (or at least 3 quarts) during a colonic, does the abdomen balloon outward giving sort of a "pregnant" look? I've heard that it does during a 4-quart enema and assume it would be the same during a colonic. Do you and other colon hydrotherapists tell the client that their abdomen will distend or do you not worry them about it or tell them to look at it for fear that they'll get distressed about their body changing shape so radically?
