Help with Parasite ID

Hello all! Long time reader and first time poster on CureZone. I've had a two year battle with persistent vaginal candida symptoms, which eventually led me to believe I might have a parasite problem. This week, I found out I was right. I cheated on the candida diet at a party, eating a large volume of spicy guacamole and pineapple in one sitting (I've also been on a candida/ parasite protocol). That night, out came three of these worms in my stool. Can anyone help me identify them? Thank you.
