The article you post sems pretty clear, I'm not quite sure what it is you are asking or what you think the answer should be. lol
However, the Bible says that God loves the whole world, which is why He sent His son to die on a cross in our place. BUT, no sin can be in the presence of God, unless we depend on the atonement that Jesus paid for us. No atonement, no chance of reaching the light. God loves everybody, but He does not love the sin nature. To get rid of the sin, which no one can do by themselves no matter what they do, they need to hang on o the atonement provided by Jesus.
