Where did I see it?

Someone gave a link on one of these forums, that described different forms and colors of stool, and what they might mean.

I'd like to reread that list. Could anyone direct me to it?


Also, I have a suspicion that the frustrating constipation I'm currently experiencing is forming in the descending colon, only...not far above the anus.

Decades ago I had a small sore 'blockage' there which was removed by a doctor in a clinic.

Since it wasn't particularly large, and came away with a filmy white covering and small streaks of blood...I figure it must have been a spasm, or a parasite, that caused it.

I noticed no particular 'symptoms' afterward...except that I've had quite a bit of constipation that does not seem to be forming any higher in the bowels.

Is it possible to have some spasm or parasite causing trouble in only one spot?

A small handful of whole flax seeds, daily, seems to do me much good, throughout the digestive tract.

And I do rounds of Humaworm, regularly, but this 'constipation' really isn't clearing...at least, not yet...though I've had remarkable movements here and there, along the way...some from the Salt Water flush, or other protocols. But, so far, the condition comes back.

I've also noticed that some have diarrhea, instead of constipation, whatever they are taking.

Any ideas?
