As you know, those of us suffering from anxiety become fatigued easily. It also aids our metabolism, not to mentioning strengthening the heart, and quite important to me personally, it slows the aging process. TA DA! If I remember correctly, Acetyl-L-Carnitine focuses more on the brain and memory. This is also an excellent supplement, but it is best to deal with what is best for one's individual system.
