Very scary, frustrating and difficult to talk to people about this outside this forum - : in everyday life.
Its not that I want to vent (I do)- its that I want to see where real progress being made to clarify these issues and shut the "eco-fascists" up for while at least.
And £1.13/litre of diesel is laughable.
Aggression towards skeptics is often evident either by reaction or by the action - One bloke residing nearby - recently said "its so important to do our bit" in an imperative tone and you just know he's ready to preach.
This type of person becomes quite a scary prospect when they adopt this blinkered fanaticism. They have read the propaganda, not relied on common sense, filtered out the fact that climate models don't include water vapour, buried nasa's mistake that the hottest years were mainly 1920s & 30s, ignored news that the polar Ice has reformed quite well over the arctic and that the original antarctic scott amundsen base is buried 30 meters below ice - and these ignorant people are academics - Try argueing with a teacher! They are indoctrination/conditioning incarnate.
Anyway

I was pleased when the documentary The Great Global Warming Swindle was aired last year - hopefully martin durkin will gather momentum on his continuing debate.

- its not a debate! ron williams is bought and paid for!! what a slam durkin takes and the flaws in conventional theory are just not pointed out.
As you say skeptics are completely railroaded.
