What right do these foundations (esp the rockerfeller) have to interfere and what is the real agenda of the many seed vaults like the one in Norway ?

Is it to preserve a library of seeds that will otherwise become cross contaminated when Africa and Asia move to Genetically-Modified as a result of climate change - How insidious !
