Your posts/replies are never perceived (at least by me) as anything but well thought out, easily understood and totally useful, including the links.
I really appreciate you commenting on this topic and others in the past. It also makes me realize I need to stop stealing excerpts from the Shelton books online and actually read some of them :-)

#31982 - I hope you can resolve your stone issues too...I can't imagine dealing with this again, let alone time and time again like you've endured. I feel like it is just another reminder of how I have neglected and abused my body through a highly processed diet over the last five to ten years...the answers/solutions aren't going to come overnight. Do you tend to follow a mostly raw diet in between fasts?
