Hi One Garden - I too have had terrible night sweats. I fall asleep fine and then two hours wake up in a pool of sweat and can't go back to sleep. I've started taking Melatonin, Valerian and Motherwort for the sleep and Soy Isoflavones, Black Cohosh and Motherwort for the night sweats. I think it's starting to help - I'll keep you informed.
