Here's a mystery. Since becoming a devoted raw foodist, after about 3 months my hot flashes went away. That was a blessing because my hot flashes were terrible!! Nevertheless, I still have night sweats and "power surges" at night that disrupt my sleep. I recently did The Master Cleanse for 10 days, and my night sweats went away completely while I was on the cleanse. It was fantastic to be able to sleep soundly through the night every night!! After the Master-Cleanse cleanse, I transtioned back to raw food, and now that I'm eating food, the night sweats and sleep problems have come back. What's the deal? I can't stay on The Master Cleanse forever (or could I?) Does anyone have any idea how food and night sweats connect?
