i really know how you feel i lost my job , marriage and house because of this!! i was in a total fog really tried not to complain about it but its really bad the symptoms arn't they!! find a supportive doctor i don't know where you live but maybe someone on here can help with that.
remember every month you will get better than the last , focus on the future think about how happy you will be when you do get well.
what is really helping me at the moment is aloe vera and nizoral , i think that the aloe vera as well as killing the bad bugs feeds the good. i can't each FOS it just makes things worse.i am alsoon tanalbat at the moment that also kills the candida bad backeria but is not meant to kill the good backeria.

another thing i have found really helpful is nutri adrenal extra my doctor has put me on 6 a day!! and in the last month i have improoved a lot with concentration so maybe worth a go.anyone else found anything that really working let me know!
