Hey there Endless. I can completely relate to what you're feeling, I was the same when Candida hit me at only 27 years old. I don't mind helping at all! (I'm stilling learning lots though)
>>I have been trying to limit my Sugar
intake but I'm going to try and do more in regards to my diet.
I think diet is the most important of all. Limiting "bad" foods is a good first step, but going on a "raw diet" or raw fruit diet (look these up for more information) is the best imo.
There are some incredible free ebooks out there that I really like that can help.
Dying to Get Well: Relates her problem with a BC drug, but what she learned applies to us as well.
Barefoot Herbalist: One of the best health guides out there
>>I also think being indoors and not getting any sunlight/vitamin D for most of this winter hasn't helped much. ( I live in the northeast, had an awful winter)
I live north as well. Most books you read say that sunlight, FRESH air, and moderate exercise are fairly important. I can tell you that sunlight is very important for Depression
(and sun tanning salons can help if you don't have the time during the day to get out).
However... I can tell you when I had a candida outburst when I was on vacation recently, I had massive amounts of sunlight, fresh air, and exercise, but it still felt like my liver was being pierced by a knife the entire time (2 weeks). So all this stuff about sunlight, etcetc, it's important for helping you lead a good long term lifestyle, but when you're in trouble and in pain and suffering, you definitely need something other than just that.
>>The most persistant things I'm dealing with at the moment are fogginess, lack of memory/concentration and a really strange full feeling to my ears with lots of popping when I move my jaw.
From personal experience, I don't know if you eat or drink Aspartame
(found in diet drinks), but I'd get off them. It's funny, but I didn't know how devastating Aspartame
was to your memory until recently, and it's in everything. Didn't help that I drank 3-4 Diet Cokes a day either, especially with the brain fog you get from candida.
>>I browsed some old posts and was wondering if I should take Threelac with a
>>probiotic like LB17 on http://www.osumex.com,
>>or just the threelac, or the probiotic by itself with possibly Oxygen Elements Max.
I don't think taking ThreeLac with another probiotic could hurt, but I'm not sure it's needed. You could ask the people at Threelac. The oxy will help on it's own.
Taking a probiotic on its own won't help that much, at least, it didn't help me that much or at all. Now, a probiotic (taken 2 hours after) in conjunction with something that kills candida, that's effective.
The main thing I just wanted to get you some short term help / relief.
The biggest and most permanent changes come from the raw food diet, parasite
cleanses, and liver cleanses.
>>For the liver cleanse, shouldn't that be after the colon cleanse?
Ideally yes. The trouble is most people want to see results, and the liver cleanse if done properly definitely helps many people. You MUST do a parasite
cleanse before your liver cleanse though, or it has a good chance of not working.
A kidney cleanse
is also good before a liver cleanse, but it all depends on how long you want to wait before feeling "big results".
So the ideal order is: bowel cleanse, parasite
cleanse, kidney cleanse, (dental cleanup), liver cleanse.
^^^ The trouble with all of them, especially the dental cleanup (that can go horribly wrong), is that they all take time to do properly, and if most people don't "feel" results doing the bowel and kidney cleanse, they give up. If you can wait, more power to you.
Myself, I skipped the kidney cleanse, did only partial Bowel Cleanse
work. I'm now however going to go back and do the kidney cleanse
and do proper bowel cleansing work as well.
