Hello thankyou for the helpful info:). I didnt know that about the Oxypowder . I'm taking 6 pills now. I'm having more BMs, like about three, but only one is usually complete. But even with that one I have to strain some towards the end and it always feels like there's more but it wont come out:(. I'm drinking more water now. 8 glasses a day. I eat more fruit/vegatables. I try to get exercise but its not easy because my body's not in shape and its rough, also dont have much time because I work so much. I'm avoiding sugars/starches/processed foods more. For snacks I usually eat fruit/pecans/crackers. I miss my sweets so much:(. I've been adding olive oil to my diet. I hear often on this site that its really helpful for constipation. I tried flax seed oil but it gave me bad insomnia. I'm looking into the Lower Bowel Balance formula and some Triphala if Oxypowder doesnt work out good. I hear on here a lot about people eating totally organic/raw foods. I dont know anything about foods like that. It all seems like greek to me, lol. Plus its more expensive than regular foods and I know I couldnt afford much since I'm so poor. I bought a few organic things last week but not much. I dont know, I hope something will help. I keep praying and giving it up to God. I'm sure in time something will work and I will get things working right again. Thanks again for the helpful info:).
