Yes, I took ES/BS baths for a few months, maybe 3. At the time an acquaintance who was a runner and who does it all the time, was telling me how great it is. So I tried it. I did them about once per week or less.
At first I thought it was relaxing, but then realized it was just making me tired. The last couple of times I did it, it actually caused me to hurt worse. That's when I stopped it altogether.
I do not know why that happened. I do not plan to do an ES/BS bath again unless I have good reason.
