Re: Ulcerative Colitis Cure - Vitamin E Enema & Diet
Dear Sheldon,
Thank you very much for your reply. First of all I want to mention about my medication. When I started the procedure before 3 weeks, I was taking 7.5 mg of Prednisone, 50 mg of Imuran, 4 tablets of Lialda, 3 capsules of Boswellia and some other Indian Ayurvedic medicines prescribed by an Indian Ayurvedic doctor. Also I am taking one 400 IU vitamin E (d-alpha), 500 mg vitamin C, selenium 200 mg, and one multivitamin with Iron. In the morning I am taking one ranitidine hydrochloride 150 mg.
I have decreased the prednisone dose from 7.5 mg to 5 mg before 10 days. I was doing ok for one week after decreasing it and the problem started before few days. Initially, only the number of bowel movement increases and today I saw blood again.
In diet, I am taking brown rice, butter milk, soy milk, coconut water (VITA COCO pure coconut water). In vegetables I am taking potato, carrot, egg plant (removing the seeds), kohlrabi, Chinese okra, bitter gourd and green papaya. I am boiling these vegetables with a little canola oil. I am a vegetarian so neither I am taking egg nor chicken.
I am drinking about one gallon of distilled water and also we are using it for cooking.
I feel I am doing the correct procedure but still I have some doubt. After the procedure we can see a lot of vitamin e still remains in the bulb. We are pumping some of the vitamin e out but not rinsing it. Is it ok or we should just leave it as it is? I can feel a little air is going inside occasionally during the procedure. I am washing the outside of the bulb and not the inside.
Looking forward for your advice
With kind regards
