I take about a teaspoon at a time of Spirulina, by using a battery-operated smoothie whipper and mixing it into about 3 oz. of apple juice (Not from concentrate). Then I hold my breath and chug it.
I chase that down with another few ounces of AJ to pick up whatever was left in the glass and to clear out my mouth.
You could also use a straw, as EngMKIII suggested above, to suck it back past your taste buds and get it down.
