Re: off-topic Swedish bitters

I've had the dregs of my bottle of Gaia's Sweetish bitters for quite a while...it's grosser tasting to me, with the turmeric, but duhhhhrr, I just gotta mix it in some honey & ACV...

Oh, Hanna told me something else about Swedish bitters...possible problem if you take it too long because of "plant estrogens"...

I read that person's stuff. I don't know how much those plant estrogens in Swedish bitters matter...dunno how much it would mess me up. Guess it depends on how long I take it. I'm only taking it sparingly.
