genetics and hypoglycemia

I have posted here a few times about my daughter who just turned four. She has had low blood Sugar problems for almost two years. Last Weds. she woke up saying that her belly hurt really bad, I took her blood Sugar and it was 52. I gave her frosting, which is what I am suppose to do. When I checked it about 15 minutes later it was 265. It stayed high for about two hours. She ate lunch and then two and a half hours later she passed out and her blood Sugar was 58. I was able to wake her and I got her sugars back up. After hours and hours of educating myself on hypoglycemia the doctors are now saying that they do not think that she is hypoglycemic and if so she has a very severe case of it. They are now saying that some other genetic disorder is causing her to spike up and down. They have her on medicine now to keep her blood sugars from going so low, she has gone as low as 34. Has anyone ever heard of a genetic disorder that can cause blood sugars to do this. We are waiting on a number of tests to come back and she is on the waiting list for a 72 hour moniter that she will have to wear. Please help!!!!
