What we have to remember, though, is this: the right to homeschool is one not "given" or "granted" to us by the State. Our sovereign rights trump man's laws. Homeschoolers don't need to fear some bureaucratic policy change making homeschooling "illegal" or sweeping court decisions suddenly making us outlaws. We have certain unalienable rights given to us by our Creator. Unalienable means nobody can take those rights away from us. They are ours. Some of us may have to go toe to toe with our State bureaucracy , court system, or legislature. God, in His infinite wisdom, will select the very one or ones who will do the battle and be on the front line for the rest of us. We have to understand our position as men and women of God and stand firm in our convictions and commitments.
If we homeschoolers actually have been called by God to educate our children at home, God will find a way for us to do it, regardless of what the State thinks.
