Good question...as I was walking thru the mall today, I was drawn to watch an area inside the mall that has a play area for kids to run around in. As I was watching them play, I wondered to myself just HOW an infant/toddler could vibrate a frequency that would bring himself/herself physical/emotional abuse...I don't see the dots connecting whatsoever.
