Cultured cabbage juice - disaster!
Had to stop taking it. Making me feel so ill. Impossible to know if it was die-off or what?
I took it for just under 6 weeks.
1. My
food sensitivities increased. Had to ruthlessly cut out wheat, dairy and even potatoes. Couldn't really eat any carbs. at all. Then lost more weight than I care to do.
2 Lost appetite. This was quite a good thing to resist cravings for the wrong things like chocolate or cheese but not good when I started losing more weight.
3. No improvement on BM's at all
4. The extreme gas discomfort I had the first week went but I continued to have a lot of wind. Enemas - gas...
Feel very fed up about this. Everything to do with Cabbage juice sounded good - a great probiotic, a good source of glutamine to heal the gut, an ancient and world-wide recipe, cheap as chips! Just no good for me :-(
It makes me wonder if the BBC Horizon programme wasn't right - probiotics can have a negative effect. I had just completed a
parasite cleanse too. Just hope I haven't brewed up a new batch of nasties. O dear, Humaworm next I suppose....
