I agree ,I have used Epsom Salts for years now, and have eliminated heart palpitations constipation and increased bile production, critical in complete assimilation of many nutrients and I do consume it orally a pinch at a time in a glass of water or in the Moreless mineral drink! Of course no one mineral on its own is the answer to complete health, all minerals including trace minerals should be sought after to achieve this goal!
