Magnesium sulphate rules! I have been using it for years and all my magnesium deficieency symptoms have gone!
There is'nt much info on it and many find fault and some don't like it at all but there is not many supporting articles or adds for it because it is so inexpensive and people would laugh if it was put in pill form and sold in little brown hermetically sealed bottles at a comparitively very high price!
Yes I'm talking about Epsom Salts ! I'm thrilled I don't have an aversion to it or have been convinced it was inferior by those who sell these other high priced forms of magnesiums!
People say price is no object when it comes to your health ,well price is an object when you pay more for something no better or even inferior to something else!
