Well Abraham says that we are just a projection of non-physical into physical, there's no point in ascending (like shedding the physical body for higher realms). Well all we have to do is to enjoy the experiences we have in this physical reality and to learn how to create new desires/positive experiences. It's all in finding yourself a balance between contrasts and your own desires etc.
