Very good, thanks. I have had a very good winter as far as keeping warm so perhaps the bladderwrack may be ok for me but I do sometimes have issues with overheating in the summer. Your advise about eating more potassium foods and taking ACV baths have been very helpful but I'm hoping taking a kelp with more potassium will help even more.
The extra iodine in the Laminaria digitata is another mineral I'm curious to see if I get any extra benefits.
