Any good quality green drink should work for you. I truly believe that these drinks contain the most readily available and easy to assimilate minerals. These minerals have been absorbed by the plants from the earth and converted to the micro minerals we need for cellular utilization. Too many of the "rock" minerals we get from supplements are too large for the cells to absorb and wind up being excreted or stored in joints and even blood vessels. In addition, with green drinks you get the benefit of antioxidants and other nutrients that are missing from pure mineral supplements.
I am off work today and my project, after my therapy appointment, is to research growing my own wheat grass and getting started in sprouting. After experiencing the success with the green drinks, I want to add the fresh nutrient dense sprouts to my diet.
