I'm sure cayenne powder would be fine. Does Swanson Vitamins deliver to Canada? You might want to check their Website and find out. I really like the Green Max because it contains sea algae and natural probiotics in addition to its mineral and anti-oxidant rich grasses and chlorella. It even has beet powder that is so good for liver health. It takes a bit of an investment to get the basic ingredients, but they all last a long time and you get a lot of bang for the buck.
