Essential Oils

I have been getting into aromatherapy. It's more than an air freshener. It's a healing modality. It recently stopped my flu dead in it's tracks from using a essential oil nebulizer.

So I googled aromatherapy and HIV and virus. Came up with quite a few different things.

At the very least this could be something that would be easy to try. I would do some research, but there is a lot out there.

As a further adjunct to this, had an interesting experience. As I said I started to use aromatherapy at home, mainly because of all the flu my family was beginning to show signs of getting. My husband had complete breakdown, mentally and physically the week I started. All of a sudden I realized (too late) that I was using the same essential oils that he smelled in the incense when he grew up Catholic (not a good experience at all). It totally drummed up negative emotions for him. Wow, that is some powerful stuff.

I think it could be as simple as bathing, putting his head over a steaming bowl of water and oil. Buy a nebulizer. Do not heat the oils, and get the best quality you can. I think there are many sites that can give you some of the better blends for your friend.

Good luck.

Molly
