I have never heard the reccommendation to do a Liver Flush post fast and don't know anything about them anyway so can't help you there. I am a bit perplexed I must admit though, the liver does its fair share of work during a fast but like any major organ it is also cleaned and rejuvenated as necessary. During a fast all organs undergo 'maintenance' as needed, so doing a Liver Flush after a fast seems a bit of a waste of time to me, unless I guess we return to a normal toxic diet. Horses for courses though.
