Glad the EFT is going good for you. As far as cold cream, I don't know that I've used Ponds, but I have used cold cream. It clogs my pores, like everything else. I have a very hard time applying anything to my face. I have yet to put anything on my face that doesn't cause horrible irritation...including WATER. Water is one of the most irritating substances known for me. As soon as my skin contacts water it turns bright red, itches worse, burns incredibly and loses every ounce of moisture. This occurs using distilled, purified water as well.

Yeah, the calcium exfoliation product looks good. I've read about that before and was interested in it- quite expensive as I remember but I'll give it a try nonetheless.
