Can't calm the breakout- out of control

The Iodine sure induced a very bad breakout. Ever since I took the Iodine my face has been raging with Acne and has been burning even worse. I am usually able to calm my brekaouts down to some degree but I have not been able to with this one. It actually continues to get worse every morning. The bad thing is that the ones that are going away are leaving even more holes in my face. That is really depressing.

I just wish there was some way for me to PREVENT scarring and also calm this Acne down. This is definitely up there with some of the more severe breakouts that I have had.

It would take nothing short of a miracle for me to even go near Iodine again. I just wonder when this breakout is going to subside now and what kind of permanent damage its going to leave in its wake.

This very tiring and very frustrating. There is absolutely nothing that I wouldn't give to have normal, pain-free skin.

I know you can commiserate with my Trysten...how are you doing, by the way?
