Why do you need an enema anyway,
I've been reading Shelton. He does not see the need for colonics or enemas, whilst fasting.
As he put it. Animals fast and don't need to do enemas. He says it is a fallacy, that toxins may get reabsorbed whilst fasting.
Spider veins, i have those on my feet, so that is interesting.
