That picture looks familiar! Pioneer1 provided a great link to parasite pictures. I thought I had booked marked it (but didn't) because I wanted to go through the pics when I had some time on my hands (LOL!). When I looked quickly at some pics I remember seeing something like that parasite because it intrigued me with its unusual head; they gave a full description and name of the parasite.
