tapeworm with a flat head

This was a picture I'd found online that looked like one that I had killed that had a flat, roundish head. Unfortunatley, I was not in the mood to take a picture of it at the time.

Just my opinion, but from what I've killed, I don't think all tapeworms are segmented. The one I killed that looked like this was also thick like a rope, about 12 inches long- and brown. Perhaps they are just stained too with the herbals.
