Yeah, it is up to our bodies to decide in which amounts to loose. And we are loosing our pounds whether we want it or not:).. Anyway, despite I lost extra kg during my fast , one thought keeps me happy - when I gain some weight back it will be HEALTHY flesh:))
I don't know when I am going to fast that long next time. I am thinking of fasting 10+ just ones a year. And be on water for 24-36 hours a week. I think it will be enough. Plus I am going to stick to right combos of food so it will be an extra advantage. Also planning to be on a juice diet (mainly 3-7 days) from time to time just to give my system a bit of rest. Something not that wow or extraordinary but it is me:)
