lol, I'm pretty sure that that's where I got my last batch of herbs...

And yeah, of course, support the immune system. I think that the dryness of the air here really stressed me.

You know what I don't like about all of this?(one of the things) The admonition to stay indoors on "spray days".

Hey! I just realized what an incredibly healthy winter salad I make! Shred red & white cabbage, beets and carrots, mix in some dried cherries. Toss with raspberry vinegar and sesame oil.... mmmmm. It's purdy, too:)
