I am really happy that you found relief
for your sinus issues. I would still
recommend using stuff to amp your immune
system, especially if you see the spraying.
I have lived by water for years and also
more remote areas where they seem to spray
so it will drift one direction or another.
Perhaps its been after all this time I am
finally not dealing well with it.

Thanks for the selenium input. I know I
have a fresh bottle so will dig it out
immediately.

Here is where I get my Essiac (4-herb) tea.
I have used the bulk and the caps and the
concentrate. The bulk is important if you
are dealing with cancer, but for maintenance
the caps are fine. I think Humaworm's formula
also looks good. It contains all the Essiac
herbs plus. I would assume the herbs are
fresh. I can also recommend the Herbal Healer's
though too since I have used it.
