Re: Fluoride in teas is OK?

In reading Jon Barron, there are natural forms of flouride (found in veggies) that is good for you...so I would assume that if the flouride comes from an organic source...or is natural to the tea, it would be OK, but if it does not come from a natural source and has been placed there for some ungodly reason, it would not be.

Nevertheless, if it is not natural to the tea, even if it is organic, why in the world would anyone, especially makers of green tea, put it in there? Doing so could only cost them money....

In that regard, I would love some advise on toothpaste, as I accidentally bought some Toms with floride (it comes with or without) but the box says it comes from natural sources, so what would the poop be on that?

Anyone?
