Hi buffy770, don't be put off by the prospect of an enema, they are really not so bad at all, it's just that there is a lot of misconceptions and misinformation out there about them.

Believe me, there are times I actually look forward to an enema, and always feel so much better afterwards. If I have a headache before I start, it's often gone before I'm even finished on the toilet.

My suggestion is to visit any major chain pharmacy and purchase a combination hot water bottle, douche and enema bag. It should be less than $15 or so.
