The enema was just an optional "pre-rinse". You might also consider a day before fast and/or laxative tea before bedtime. I did want to emphasize the intent of the post was for a 2nd quart of SW an hour after the first.

Sometimes, depending on how clean the elimination, I've done three quarts.
