Re: The "Beef" over Beef, B12 and RNA/DNA

Right you are, Raw IS best, just kinda difficult to get up here in the dead of winter.

I think it was Christopher that taught to eat local food, preferably that you grow yourself. Put plenty of love in it while growing and tending.

I always think about the Eskimo's living off protein and fat. I also think about those three months in Vietnam where I went from 122 pounds to 150 in three weeks and at the end of three months I was at about 160 in the best shape of my life. All on Army chow. C-Rations, Dehydrated food and firebase chow. No raw food and everything else cooked. I was healthy, real healthy.

Raw food??? Yeah, if you can get it.

I've always had a dream - living on some south Pacific Island eating all those great tropical fruits and ocean critters. Yeah...

But until then I'm stuck in Michigan. I eat my Sprouted grain bread, raw or litely steamed vegies and the meats. Juicing is too concentrated for me and Schulzes Superfood puts me in high gear when I don't want or need to be.

Theoretically juicing doesn't make sense. Unless you like sitting down and eating a dozen carrots at once, or 20 apples, or three heads of cabbage, etc. It just doesn't make sense.

That it works is obvious but is it too much? Maybe not when recovering from illness. And I do recommend the superfoods for the recovering "terminal" patient. But once recovered is it necessary, or will all that nutrition burn you out. I simply don't know.

If it works for you go for it. It doesn't work for me, gives me way, way too much energy. Which I don't trust because of all those years having the stimulation from the ammonia from the parasites. I prefer a nice even energy level all day, legitimate fatigue at night from a good days work and a good 5-6 hours sleep.

But when recovering from illness it's great.
