I don't want to make any more waves, but it is my understanding that vegetarians have a problem getting vitamin B12 unless it is from meat. (or supplementation) I don't pretend to know a lot about nutrition. I would like to further my knowledge in it, however.
As to the RNA/DNA, I know there are supplements out there that offer that.
What are other sources for RNA/DNA when building up a depleted body?
Anybody want to comment? (Peacefully?lol!)
