Hi Wellboy,
Good question. You can buy a plastic syringe and fill it a bit. Make sure you steralize it between times. I ozonate things to clean them. I got a 50-mill plastic syringe.

After filling it and also lubricating your anus, you lie down on the ground. After I implant the oil I do a plow sort of yoga pose or lift up my legs to help the oil set deeper. This helps. then you can go about your ordinary day. Sometimes you want to vacate the oil soon; sometimes you keep it until your next bowel movement.
