Solve the root cause of constipation. Full herbal program.

This morning I did two OP's. The first with my usual sunflower oil, and the second with a couple of drops of Oregano oil. Though this was the second OP, it made my mouth fill up instantly, and I felt my sinus cavity just open and pour. My white coating on my tongue also came completely off for the first time in a long time. I have done a few other things that could account for this, but the sinus flow this AM was definitely from the OP.
