--->>>My only criticism of my machine is the that the feet locking thingies aren't that comfortable. I need to have them really really tight in order to feel safe, but having them really really tight can get quiet stressful on the ankles and feet. This morning I took to wearing very thick socks which helped only a little really. I do have very thin boney ankles and have to use the tightest setting on the machine. Maybe it is something I will get used to. Or maybe it is just a downside to inverting <<----
This is not so good to hear. The ankles should not become sore by inverting. Perhaps, this is something, we should pay attention to b4 buying the machine. What brand do u have.
If u dont mind, how old are u? Have u noticed flatter stomach and improved digestion from inverting. How many mins do u invert at a stretch? how many times?
