This sounds like a response to infection. There are parasites that can cause this for sure. I have prostate problems, and my problem is with expansion--don't laugh, it hurts! It all has to do with erectile tissue, and smooth muscle. I recommend high dosing of Vit. C to detox. It's all about the detox in this case I think, until we gain a handle on the parasite issue.
