Re: Andrew?

My urine colour is rarely clear. Only when drinking lots of water. I think urine is 'usually' a pale yellow colour but can vary quite a bit. Darker urine colour could well be one sign of dehydration but having dark urine on is no indication of anything bad. The main things to watch for in urine would be for blood and pain. And blood can have reasons for it also which are not necessarily serious, but if unusual for you should certainly be watched or checked out.

I don't take photos of course but I'd say my urine is pale yellow normally, sometimes darker even while eating, but as I eat raw foods and fresh juices this could still be a sign of detox. While fasting it almost always gets darker as the days progress. It often gets so dark as to be pretty much opaque, and as I don't flush to save water it can leave quite a thick stain on the toilet bowl by the time I do get rid of it.

The things we talk about on here. :)

Andrew.
