Dry fasting Golthing is really fasting from anything except air, but you will have to drink water at some point, or suffer the effects of dehydration which can have serious and possibly permanent consequences.
There seems to be some confusion in the forum about what dry and Water Fasting actually are.
My own view is that Water Fasting is consuming as little water as possible during the abstention from food, but not to ignore the bodies signals or cries for water to prevent dehydration; this could be the same as the definition of dry fasting, but Fonty knows more about that than I do.
We can live without food for weeks, water for days, but only minutes without air: this makes air the most important of all.
