I don't know how good an option this is: I think in the fight against sugar, you will need a whole arsenal of tools. One thing I know that helps an immediate craving is taking a shot of a drink with a large dose of cayenne pepper. Have you ever done the Master Cleanse? I noticed while on it that cayenne helped with immediate feelings of hunger. If you take a lot on an empty stomach, your stomach gets a little uneasy and you need extra water - but it's easy not to want to eat right then. Like I said, just a tool, maybe hard core for some, I dunno.
This tool is a quick fix to short term cravings; you would also need to find a diet that excludes Sugar completely (at least the processed kind; fruit may be ok for you - each person is different) and gives your body a chance to get off the stuff. I like the raw food diet for this and I eat fruits on it and nuts to fill up. Anyway, good luck.
